John has spent 20 years in senior exec roles running Managed Services teams in IT companies, with the last 10 years working with Dynamics CRM from v4 through to 365.  He is a Certified Dynamics consultant and developer.

He is really passionate about inspiring use of technology as an enabler to improve performance and job satisfaction, and drives our customers with the enthusiasm of a highly dependable, excellent problem solver. 

I understand the unique needs of membership organisations, whether your members are companies or individuals. However, we don’t adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
