Smartimpact is a Microsoft Gold Partner and a leading provider of Dynamics 365 CE, Kentico and Umbraco solutions in the Not-for-Profit marketplace.  With around 60 staff and well over 100 successful projects, we are now looking for great staff to fill key roles to support our growth to the next level.

The Dynamics 365 Presales Consultant will be responsible for turning customers’ business requirements and personal wins into compelling demonstrations, delivering those demonstrations, and responding to customer ITTs or other documents, so we win the business.  

Key responsibilities

  • Work with smartimpact’s sales team to win new business customers and grow existing customer base
  • Formulate and lead presales technical and functional support activity to customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Interact with customer staff in all departments, and their suppliers, to understand business needs
  • Understand and dissect customer requirements documentation to extract key needs
  • Prioritise those needs and identify which play to smartimpact strengths and, ideally, USPs
  • Develop and deliver excellent Dynamics 365 CE demonstrations and presentations to our customers in an interesting, educational and engaging manner
  • Help drive, and complete, high quality bid response documents, pricing and proposals
  • Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying our applications to our customers’ business.
  • Instilling trust and confidence in our customers so we can develop long lasting and high-quality business relationships 
  • Help develop and deliver webinars, seminars and marketing materials
