smartimpact is a dynamic CRM and CMS agency founded in 2007 and based in Victoria in London. We are experts in providing and supporting elegant and effective CRM systems and membership website software for organisations of all sizes where members are at the heart of your business.

How we work

We work with you to scope and understand your membership management system requirements. We jointly develop a project plan to cover all aspects of implementation including integration with websites and other systems, training and data migration.

You will have a dedicated project manager and development team who will work with you closely to understand your specific needs and ensure that the project is built to your brief, on time and on budget.

Once your requirements have been scoped, we configure the membership system and work with you to test it to ensure that it works how you want it to. Only once you are happy with it does it go live, supported by staff training and our on-going support package, whichever you choose.

An average project takes 4-6 months from start to finish but every project is unique so this is simply a guide.
