Head of delivery

Russ runs our delivery team and has spent over 20 years working with technology specifically delivering Microsoft based projects. 

He is a PRINCE2 and Agile practitioner and has worked for a number of Gold Partners and prior to joining us ran the UK&I project delivery function for one of the 'big 4' consultancy firms. 

Russ brings this experience to our team with a strong focus on project delivery, best practice, and repeatability.  He is a strong advocate of process driven delivery and loves to talk methodology and football!  Russ is passionate about empowering our teams to deliver high quality projects.
