Steve Sydee leads our sales and marketing, having worked with CRM systems since 1996 and first worked with not-for-profit organisations in 1998. He started working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2003, and has been involved with hundreds of projects, winning Microsoft Partner of the Year three times along the way.
He's worked at smartimpact since 2011 having first been a customer, where smartimpact built and implemented a range of Dynamics CRM products for his organisation.
I was one of the first people in the UK to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I’m a firm believer that membership CRM projects succeed best when there is a great rapport between the customer and the supplier, based on a good understanding of each other's business and culture.
