Award-winning client outcomes
  • Fire Industry Association (FIA): FIA set out to increase productivity by 25% without adding headcount. With smartimpact’s support, they re-engineered core systems and introduced new digital tools that improved efficiency across training, membership, finance, and communications. The results included 1,500 working days saved in year one (equivalent to £800,000 in staff time), a 26.9% increase in training delivery, 159 new member organisations, and 63% overall membership growth.
  • Heart of England Co-operative Society: Within just eight weeks, a new mobile-first membership journey was launched in stores. Customers could join in under 60 seconds using a QR code and Apple or Google Pay, with instant digital wallet integration and CRM updates. In the first 72 hours, more than 750 people joined, activation rates rose from 50% to 90%, and the Society repositioned itself as a digital-first brand, all for less than £100,000.
  • Best Agency recognition: The FIA partnership showcased smartimpact’s ability to go beyond technology delivery to measurable organisational impact. Upgraded systems and streamlined processes, paired with innovative tools, unlocked significant ROI and more than £1m in new revenue for FIA.
  • Best Collaborative Partnership: smartimpact and FIA were also highly commended for their strategic co-creation model. FIA served as both a partner and benchmark, helping to refine a methodology that is now supporting wider sector transformation.
A milestone moment

These results underline smartimpact’s long-term commitment to helping membership organisations modernise and grow sustainably. For clients, the benefits have been tangible: faster services, stronger engagement, reduced staff burden, and demonstrable return on investment.
